1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nostro's services, including our website (nostro.pk), mobile application, or Early Access platform (earlyaccess.nostro.pk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Nostro provides virtual USD bank accounts for global earners— including freelancers, remote workers, founders, and creators—enabling you to:

• Receive: Get a dedicated USD account with your own ACH/ABA routing and account numbers to accept payments from freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr), remote payroll providers (Deel, Remote), marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart), and streaming services. Share payment links to receive card or ACH payments directly from clients outside platforms.
• Send: Convert USD at mid-market (Google) rates and send payouts to your local bank, pay yourself, your team, or suppliers with transparent FX and instant settlement.
• Spend: Use virtual and physical debit cards (Visa) for purchases globally, connect to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Wallet, and withdraw at ATMs in 180+ countries.

3. Eligibility & Verification

Access to Nostro is subject to identity verification and compliance approval. You must provide valid government-issued ID (CNIC, passport) as an individual, or LLC/business documents as a business. Verification typically completes in 1–2 business days. Nostro reserves the right to refuse or suspend accounts for compliance, risk, or fraud prevention reasons.

4. Fees & Pricing

Nostro offers transparent pricing with mid-market FX rates and no hidden spreads. Early access users (first 1,000) may receive 0% transaction fees for 12 months. Standard fees for sending, conversions, and card usage will be disclosed in the app and on our pricing pages. Fees depend on destination country and transfer amount.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nostro for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, terrorism financing, or violating sanctions. You must use your account for legitimate business or personal income. Nostro will cooperate with authorities and may freeze or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, device, and account access. Notify us immediately at support@nostro.pk if you suspect unauthorized access. You can freeze your card instantly from the Nostro app for added security.

7. Regulatory & PRC Compliance

Nostro is designed for Pakistan and complies with applicable regulations. Transactions are labeled with correct PRC (State Bank of Pakistan) codes to ensure proper classification of incoming funds. You are responsible for accurate reporting of your income as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nostro and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nostro is in pre-launch and early access; some features may change or be limited during this phase.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Nostro may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, compliance requirements, or at our discretion. Upon termination, you must withdraw remaining funds within the period we specify.

10. Dispute Resolution

For disputes, contact our support team first. We aim to resolve issues promptly. Unresolved disputes may be subject to arbitration or the courts as required by applicable law in Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app, email, or website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of Nostro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
